Job Description
Objective
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring seamless operations and continuous performance improvement. Executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation and engagement through various platforms (Digital and non-digital both). Responsible for enhancing the entire customer experience within our Apps and through tele sales channel. This includes – sourcing, onboarding, engagement and retention strategies to ensure a seamless and positive experience for users throughout the lifecycle of their interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Manage CRM campaigns across SMS, email, push notifications, in-app, and other channels.
• Own campaign planning calendars and ensure alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Marketing, Tech) and Vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Reporting & Analytics
• Create campaign performance dashboards and post-campaign reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with analytics teams to derive actionable insights for optimization.
Optimization
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, timing, segmentation, and targeting.
• A/B test creatives, subject lines, and channels to improve effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to enhance campaign personalization and automation.
Campaign Operations:
• Getting content registrations done for all channels
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on-time, and within quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any campaign issues or system errors swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication guidelines (e.g., GDPR, local DND norms).
Need to Have Areas
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Growth & Strategy and Campaign Management
• Bachelors/Masters degree desirable
• Data Structures
• Knows End to End Campaign management process.
• Campaign Performance Measurement
• Excel / Power Point / Database
• Very strong analytical & quantitative skills
