Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Communications to lead and manage content creation and strategic communication efforts across digital and traditional platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clean air, public health, and social impact, with a flair for storytelling and an eye for detail. You’ll be central to shaping our voice, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enhancing our visibility.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Creation & Management: Craft compelling, high-quality content across social media, newsletters, website, and campaign materials.
● Digital & Web Communication: Manage and grow the organisation’s digital presence, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
● Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies to elevate LCF’s mission and drive awareness and action.
● Internal Communication: Maintain effective internal messaging through updates and team communications
What We’re Looking For
● Strong command over written and visual communication (English & Hindi).
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in communications, content creation, or digital marketing.
● Ability to ideate, execute, and manage multiple projects with a high degree of ownership.
● Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
● Creative thinker who can work independently and collaboratively.
● Delhi-based candidates preferred.
