JD: Sr Executive Corporate Communication
Work Location: Bangalore office : Banashankari
External Communication:
Develop an effective external communication strategy
Promote Molecular Connection’s story, vision, product, employee initiatives, client testimonials, media coverages via social media platforms
Liaise with media publications and pitch for stories and interviews
Develop communications content and draft blogs, whitepapers, fact sheets, email/newsletters, flyers, brochures, infographics, posters, case studies, video messages and other materials
Collaborate with product owners and manage the creation and deployment website content, marketing collaterals, and other promotional/sales enablement materials
Plan content for external events/meetings, webinars, etc
Create video materials-- scripting to execution
Assist in creating external presentations
Internal communication:
Develop effective internal communication for employee engagement
Manage the internal communication tools
Plan and manage internal social media platform
Plan and execute HR messaging
Manage internal newsletters, specific announcements etc.
Responsible for internal branding
Draft messages for senior leadership
Help in internal communication and developing practices, policies, and systems
Assist in creating internal presentations
Create internal video materials
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹70,002.00 - ₹100,007.00 per month
Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
Banashankari, Bengaluru - 560070, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
total work: 3 years (Preferred)
Corporate Communications: 2 years (Required)
