Verification of Data with Shipping Bill and other Doc/System prior to release of B/L
Issuance of Import DO to customers, after verifying and collecting necessary documents.
Ensure all payments received in full prior releasing of Export BL or Import DO to the Customers
Updation of all ancillary charges for the collection against said shipments.
Issue of invoice for surrender charges basis the Originals submitted along with the letter and Telex release message transmission to concerned destination offices
After the clearance of Import Shipments, processing of refund applications.
Handling Rate enquiries, Customer queries and resolving their issues
Payment confirmation and Matching the Receipts for Export and Import shipments.
Follow up with Customers / Vendors on damage charges collection and repairing resp
