Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing (Mall Operations)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7–8 Years
Industry Preference: Retail / Mall / Events
Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Marketing professional at AM/DM level to support and execute day-to-day marketing operations across mall properties, including Zingeria and Zingverse. The role requires hands-on experience in campaign execution, events, and retail marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across the mall and associated brands (Zingeria & Zingverse)
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for smooth campaign delivery
Manage on-ground activations, events, and customer engagement initiatives
Support branding, advertising, and digital marketing activities
Ensure timely execution of marketing calendars and promotional activities
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management review
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and external partners
Handle vendor management, negotiations, and execution timelines
Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in retail or mall marketing
Hands-on exposure to event planning and execution
Good understanding of digital and offline marketing channels
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
MBA (Marketing) preferred
