Principal Responsibilities
To monitor RTA deliverables as per agreed SLA and regulatory requirements.
To handle Data Analysis and enrichment projects as per Business Requirement.
Process Gap Analysis, Operational MIS and Audit tracking.
Contribute to the knowledge management initiative of the customer service team.
Ensure compliance to the process manual and FIM
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.
Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.
Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Any other additional Information:
A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Mutual Fund background
NSIM Certified or ability to complete the course within a month.
