Job Description
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events including team-building activities, off-site meetings, annual parties, and special celebrations
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with company culture and objectives
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Create and distribute internal communications related to events and engagement activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of engagement initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets for events and engagement activities
• Ensure all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver maximum value within allocated resources
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, or related roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and trends
