Assistant Manager ERP (Techno functional consultant)
Department – ERP Epicor/Kinetic or Infor ERP or Infor Oracle or Infor SAP
Qualification : BE/Diploma- Mechanical
Experience – 3 to 8 years
Skills/knowledge :
We are seeking a skilled Epicor ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal
candidate will leverage their expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Epicor ERP to
support the implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization of our ERP systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, coupled with hands-on technical
proficiency in Epicor ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation of Epicor ERP modules according to business
requirements. Should have work experience on all the modules like Sales management,
job management, production management, maintenance, service, quality, finance etc.
Configure and customize Epicor ERP functionalities to align with business processes and
best practices.
Develop and maintain customizations, reports, and interfaces using Epicor tools like
BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Data Management Tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues related to Epicor ERP.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them
into system solutions.
Recommend process improvements and best practices based on industry knowledge and
ERP expertise.
Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective use of Epicor ERP functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP users, addressing technical and
functional issues promptly.
Document system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 4-8 years as an Epicor ERP Consultant or similar role, with hands-on
experience in Epicor ERP implementation, customization, and support.
Strong understanding of ERP functionalities, including modules such as Finance,
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM.
Proficiency in Epicor tools and technologies (BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, etc.) and ERP
integration methods.
Experience with SQL Server, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
