BOI Media Entertainment is pleased to inform that we have opening for the post of Assistant Manager- Event Operations in our Events Division.
Requirement is open for 2.
Work Location: Mumbai_ Andheri (W).
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Event Planning & Management.
2) Creative Development.
3) Vendor Management.
4) Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and oversee budget.
5) Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management.
6) Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
7) Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
8) Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies.
