Job Description
Critical Success Factors:
• Experienced in managing supplies of finished goods from TPM and LLM sites.
• Experience in implementing multiple projects at TPM and LLM sites.
• Effective relationship with TPM sites and Abbott CFT.
Customer Service:
• Coordinate with HO team and TPMs for delivery of products ( Sales, PS, Exports & Institution business) as per monthly production plans, prioritizing products that are critical for sales in the current month.
• Coordinates with PLM, QA, and TPM for implementing pack changes requested by commercial teams.
• Coordinates for Alternate vendor development of products for supply continuity
Strategic Projects:
Implement strategic projects viz the following
• Facilitate Product Reformulation at TPMs
• Externalization of products to TPM sites
• Developing dual sourcing of products at TPM
• Support TPM rationalization
• Implement Cost saving projects under Compete
• Implement Pack change under Project Impact (Corporate.
