Position Summary
The Transportation Assistant is responsible to assist the Transportation Leader in the oversight and maintenance of the organization routes, driver orientation, driver evaluation and driver training. This role will work closely with the Transportation Leader to ensure safe, effective, efficient and responsive service delivery to organization employees
Job Responsibilities
1. Good communication skill
2. Responsible for Jaipur site transport
3. Experience of handling the similar operations
4. Good knowledge of transport operation
5. Knowledge of MIS & billing
6. Employee interaction
7. Interpersonal & communication skill
8. Well versed with employee’s safety & security especially female security

10. Vendor assessment and performance management
11. Handling and reporting of transport incidents / accidents
12. Managing emergency situations
13. Well versed with Jaipur Area
14. Handling Incident & Crises Management
15. Liaison with Govt Transport Authorities
15. ensure company compliance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
• Graduate from Certified University
Experience
• Minimum 5 Years in Transport Operations
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Familiarity with e-TMS software & Routing Skills
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a sound understanding of basic accountancy and be numeric as this position requires involvement in managing budgets and the calculation weights and measures
• Due to the high level of machinery and the importance of time constraints, a person must also be safety conscious with a full knowledge of the transport operations and maintenance and be detail conscious with regards to the vehicles themselves and route planning
• Must have good communication and people management skills being able to cultivate strong business relationships on multiple levels
• Must be able to efficiently work within a high-volume transport operation
