Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

• Create engaging email content and templates

• Manage email databases and ensure high deliverability rates

• Track and analyze campaign performance

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Benefits:

• Fixed salary up to ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• To maximize restaurant sales and achieve pre-determined targets

• Collaborate with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

• Good communication and sales skills

• Minimum 1 - 5 years' work experience in Guest relations and good local contacts

• Preferably with local guest contacts, language, and knowledge
