Job Summary & Responsibilities
Receivable’s function:
• Controlling Import Receivables- Collections, Customer Follow-ups, Reco and visits.
• Import receivables – documentation flow thorough understanding.
• Periodical review of customer accounts / Balance Confirmations / Dunning letters.
• Credit risk assessment, identify customers in default and recommend corrective actions.
• Handling various mode of payment including LC / TT / MT etc.
• Reading / Reviewing contracts, legal provisions.
• Assisting in Risk Assessment – Business / Customers.
• Regular coordination, with overseas counterparts for effectively handling customer query.
• Complying to all company guidelines while discharging above duties.
• MIS Preparation / Circulation, Debtors MIS – DSO & O/s analysis, Verification of credit limits.
Office Admin function:
• Supervision of local office administration, negotiations, timely vendor payments.
• Meetings & Conferences – local assistance to India Admin Manager
• Visitors’ assistance (For Senior Management)
Qualifications
• 10 to 12 of work experience into Accounting field
• B.Com + M.Com/ CA (Inter)/ MBA
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Skills
• SAP (SD Module), FI – AP management
• Basic knowledge for Tax (Customs / GST / Income Tax Provisions)
• Well conversant with Commercial functions major - AR Controlling
• Basic understanding on Sales order management.
