Brief on the Job Position
The Assistant Manager - Finance is one of the key positions in Ayekart Retail. The objective of the position is to ensure smooth day in day out financial operations of the organization in accordance with the financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
Scope of Work
The Assistant Manager - Finance will be responsible for MIS, Auditing, System and Controls Development. This person will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Regular interaction /coordination would be required with operations team and auditors.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Overall supervision & controlling of Accounts at HO & Regional level
· Timely reconciliation of payable and receivable.
· Accurate & Timely month end/year end closure of books of accounts
· Monthly branch Profitability & Corporate MIS
· Business Planning & Analysis
· Monthly Stock/DP Statements
· Loan Annual Review
· Fund Raising
· Banks Monthly /Quarterly Reporting’s
· Support in audit (stat & internal)
· Support in System/process development
Qualifications and Experience
· CA with experience of 2+ years
· Should have worked in FMCG/Distribution /Retail segment either in accounts department or have done audit (Stat/internal /Stock) for companies working in above segment
· Have in-depth understanding of the financial operations.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Presentation and Excel knowledge.
Skills and Core Competencies

· Proficiency in dealing with financial matters.
· Understand critical attributes of financial regulations.
· Good acumen of technology and automation.
· Good command on Excel. Tally and other related software.
B. Desirable
· Good interpersonal communication and team building skills in order to keep team motivated and productive.
· Meet work deadlines without constant detailed supervision.
· Accuracy, precision and attention to detail.
Reporting
· The Accounts Executive shall report to the Manager Finance, Ayekart.
· S/He will seek guidance and directions from Manager Finance.
