Accounts, Tax Structuring & Digital Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional with strong accounting fundamentals, a clear understanding of the difference between tax evasion and lawful tax structuring, and the ability to use digital tools such as ChatGPT and Google to support financial planning and management initiatives. The role involves guiding management on expense structuring, financial decision-making, and banking-related activities while continuously exploring new ideas and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and apply legitimate tax planning and tax structuring principles while strictly ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• Guide and support management in structuring expenses and transactions to achieve optimal tax efficiency without exposure to tax risks
• Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, and auditors for compliance, assessments, and advisory matters
• Handle banking and financial activities, including:
• Liaison with banks and financial institutions
• Managing cash flow, fund utilization, and documentation
• Supporting loan-related processes, limits, renewals, and financial correspondence
• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, MIS, and management reports
• Use ChatGPT / AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and improving productivity
• Effectively use Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Search) for data management and reporting
• Explore and implement new ideas, process improvements, and financial efficiencies as directed by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
• Clear conceptual knowledge of tax structuring vs. tax evasion and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with banking operations and financial documentation
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI-based productivity tools
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Commerce graduate (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance
• Experience in manufacturing / trading / SME environments is an advantage
• Interest in automation, digital tools, and continuous learning
