Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Front Desk at Hilton Jaipur. The Assistant Manager Front Desk will handle day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes supervising front desk staff, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining communication with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Receptionist Duties and Reservations management experience
Strong Communication skills
Experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
