What you will be doing: · Leading, mentoring and training the housekeeping operations team. · Manage all the branches of housekeeping and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained. · Liaise with front office to ensure the smooth room experience of room and visual appeal of overall property. · Taking responsibility of entire operations and smooth running of operations. · Taking care of your team’s training and skill upliftment. · Taking interviews and assisting HR in the selection of right talent. Your experience and skills include: · Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything related to housekeeping. · Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset. · Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. · Handling Guests requests/Complaints and resolve it in the best manner. · In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations · Zeal to grow and patience to learn. · Willingness to work in remote location
