What’s in it for you: • Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide • On Duty & Off duty Meals • Covered under Personal & Group Medical insurance • Learning programs through our Academies • Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world! • Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: • Responsible for maintaining all areas as per the specified standards. • To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action. • Coordinate operations with Department Associates, Team Leaders and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization, and the prompt delivery of services. • Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Ensure that Housekeeping team is familiar with the in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests. • Maintain appropriate standards for uniform and hygiene • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest Your experience and skills include: • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset • The suitable Candidate should have minimum 4 Years of relevant experience. • Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
