Job Description
• Drive the Pest Control across the restaurants - Pan-India.
• Assist the Management to prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
• Ensure all Units & Offices maintain par stock of cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
• Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.
• Ensure required number of staff is there across our Pan-India locations.
• Ensure necessary Training & Refresher Training is conducted to the HK Attendants across our Pan-India locations.
• Ensure highest level of Hygiene is maintained in our Restaurants/ Offices across our Pan-India locations.
• Assist management in remotely managing daily Housekeeping related activities across Pan-India locations.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B Service and Laundry.
• Maintain stock & schedule change of uniforms & upholstery across our Pan-India locations..
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in Standard Operating Procedure of the Department.
• Complete required paperwork
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• Train Housekeeping Assistants to deliver as per Brand Standards.
• Any other responsibility as Communicated by the Management from time to time..
Desired Candidate Profile : Hotel Management Graduate with 5 Yrs+ experience in Star Hotels/ Restaurant Chain of Repute.
This job would involve travelling to different Cities from time to time.
