Role Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Asst. Manager - HR to lead Talent Acquisition and build a strong performance-driven people culture. The role will drive strategic hiring (with focus on sales for product-based businesses), PMS, engagement, HR operations, and HRIS while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition with strong focus on sales hiring
Drive Performance Management System including goal setting, reviews and calibration
Design and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives
Manage end-to-end onboarding experience and new joiner integration
Drive Learning & Development initiatives and capability building programs
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management and attendance governance
Ensure HRIS adoption, data accuracy and HR analytics reporting
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
Strengthen employee experience, retention and internal communication
Ensure HR compliance, policies and process excellence
Key Requirements
5–8 years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition exposure
Proven experience in sales hiring for product-based organizations
Hands-on experience in PMS implementation and execution
Strong exposure to HR operations including onboarding, payroll and HRIS
Experience in engagement and culture building initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and execution capability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Education
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai
Working days & Timings: Mon to Sat (10 am to 7pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
