Contract Labour Management and Industrial Relations (IR).

· Factory Act and Labour Law - knowledge and periodical update of changes

· Handling Employee Grievances

· Resolving Labour Disputes timely.

· Must have strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws.

· Record updation for all statutory Compliance.

· Act as a point of contact and provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.

· End to End Management of Payroll.

· Reports and analysis for Payroll and other Pay related analysis.
