Assistant Manager - HR (Factory)

This role comprises of being a part of the core team at the company, which includes key people driving and growing the business. It is a role that requires wearing multiple hats while juggling several ongoing projects at the factory and simultaneously working towards making changes that need immediate attention and strive to build a culture which is people friendly at the factory along with achieving long and short term goals of production and overall business growth.

Job Role and KRA:- (Broad outline but not limited to)

1) Manage end to end Attendance, Payroll, Compliance, Leave for Factory Staff + Labour and overall company

2) Ensuring that every staff member has KRA’s and reviewing the same on Monthly / Quarterly basis

3) Maintaining required MIS Records and managing documentation for entire employee life cycle

4) Managing Entry to Exit Cycle of an employee at the Factory

5) Planning for engagement activities monthly, during special festive occasions, special days.

6) Celebrating Milestones at work like work anniversaries, special achievements, personal accomplishments.

7) Be a strong business partner for manpower planning monthly at the factory based on production

8) Being the POC for any and all employee queries at the factory

+) Manage end to end compliance for Factory, including any inspections, inquiries, notices, etc (legal advisory is available to brainstorm and reach a solution)

10) Strategize, Present, Implement and Execute different HR and General policies and practices at the Factory post necessary approvals

11) Ensure that the right culture is nurtured at the factory

12) Be a strong ally for creating overall company policies.

13) Have catch-up with Founder’s monthly for people strategy and review meetings for factory

14) Be a part of any new implementation strategy at the company

15) Have complete ownership of the vertical and work with an entrepreneur mindset

Skills and Preferred Qualifications and Experience :-

1) Degree in Human Resource or similar qualification

2) 4-6 years of relevant manufacturing experience

3) Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive,

4) Familiar with compliance and labour laws

5) Fluent English Hindi Marathi

6) Analytical and problem solving skills

7) Strategic and creative thinker

8) Attention to Detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year
