Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager- HR to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations of our office while supporting the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with a passion for human resources and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Human Resources:
o Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
o Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
o Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
o Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to HR Manager as needed.
o Ensure timely maintenance of attendance and leaves reports.
o Assist in salary inputs & payroll process.
o Assist in timely performance appraisals and promotions.
o Keeping a track of attendance & leave management system.
o Handle employee grievances effectively
• General Support:
o Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
o Ensure office policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to.
o Contribute to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere of the office.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
