About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our People & Culture team @ Annalect India. As an Assistant Manager, you will be working closely with the manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

This is an exciting role and would entail you to
• Support Recruitment Strategy: Assist the recruitment manager in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation by the hiring managers.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS),ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Candidate Assessment: Coordinate and administer candidate assessments, tests, and other selection tools as required.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely feedback and effective communication.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires, including completing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation programs.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities and maintaining proper documentation.

This may be the right role for you if you have
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other recruitment tools
