Role : Asst Mgr - HR
Role specs :
Client is a well known Pvt Sector Bank.- Preferably from Banks or Financial services industry. A large portion of the role will focus on Talent Acquisition [60 %] at mid & senior levels, coordinating with Executive search consultants for closing the positions outsourced.
- Will also be involved in sourcing candidates.
- Involved in managing comprehensive employee life cycle [apx 1500+ employees] across multiple locations pan India.
- Closely interacting with senior stakeholders across geographies.
- Effectively drive the process of online goal setting and appraisals for the SBU.
- Being involved in Career progress charting for employees to add value to performance and compensation management process.
- Prepare various HR dashboards and analytics for Management's decision making.
- Initiation & execution of various employee engagement programs
- Manage day to day HR ops.
Candidate specs :
- MBA HR
- Immediate joinees [15-30 days notice period preferred]
- Must be Mumbai based only preferably; from Western, Central & South Mumbai area.
- Preferably from Banks or Financial services industry
