Qualification: MBA
Minimum Experience: 8 - 10 Years in accounting
Age group: Below 38 years
Job Profile-
Handling Talent Management & Talent Acquisition for Lifestyle Group (Pizza Hut, Khimji Watches, Khimji Luxury and Lifestyle and Ooredoo )
• Recruitment for QSR industry
• Well-versed with HRMS (SAP) is preferred
• MIS Reporting &Documentation
• Ability to work with multi-stakeholders/tasks proactively within prescribed deadlines.
• & analytical skills.
• Handle the administration function with respect to staff welfare
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
· MBA in Human Resource Management

· Experience in QSR industry
Exposure in managing HR of large multiple businesses having 40-50 stores
·Strong computer proficiency is highly preferred particularly in excel, word, and PowerPoint
