Job Description
- Collecting rosters from various departments and ensuring their accurate updates in the system.
- Managing leave records meticulously to guarantee all leaves are promptly updated in the system.
- Maintaining up-to-date statutory compliance records to ensure adherence at all times.
- Timely and compliant management of all vendor-related records.
- Updating and submitting PF & ESIC records within the designated deadlines.
- Completing any additional tasks as assigned periodically.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Educational Requirements: MBA in Human Resources
