Payrup is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR team in Bengaluru as Assistant HR Manager.
As Assistant HR Manager based in Bengaluru, you will add immediate value by contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategy in all areas of Recruitment, Organizational Design, Retention, Reward, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. You will lead the HR team & provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures and processes.
Your key responsibilities
Planning HR and Administration activities
Managing recruitment, on boarding and exit procedures
Handling the Payroll function duly complying with Labor and Tax laws
Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Managing employee relations Answer employee queries about HR related issues
Running the office and facilities management functions incl Computer Hardware/Software management.
Coordinate with external Govt./Private entities, Arrange Travel/Accommodation/Other
Build high level recruitment strategy for yearly success and communicate clearly across all team members and drive its implementationBuild and continuously develop recruitment process to match best practice recruitment approaches and the business need
A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to recruitment.
Experience with Competency Based Interviewing
Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and relationship skills, able to build credible, long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders, outside agencies and search firms
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation/Post Graduation in HR domain.
Minimum 4+ years of experiences in the IT sector with sound knowledge on the employee engagement and handling.
