About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 09
The Role : Assistant Manager.
The Team : The Transcripts team’s mission is to produce publication-quality transcripts of conference calls conducted by the corporates. Team uses intelligent speech recognition software along with other state-of-the- art editing tools to deliver transcripts in real time with highest quality.
The Impact : The selected candidate will contribute to the department’s and cluster’s success by making key decisions related to data, policies, projects, and talent development. The selected candidate would get an opportunity to work in a competitive environment and to interact with brilliant minds in the industry.

Responsibilities: -
Own and deliver on the key business goals of the managed team.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Manage the staffing levels and actively collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify the right talent.
Lead and mentor a team of Data Researchers/Sr Data Researchers to deliver best-in-class Transactions data to the clients.
Manage performance review process, take initiatives around talent development & engagement, and succession planning
Identify efficiency enhancement opportunities and launch process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive various operations initiatives.
What We’re Looking For: -
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong business acumen and ability to independently lead a team
Ability to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching to the team
Maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally
Basic knowledge of Lean, RPA, Python, Power BI, & Tableau would be an added advantage
