Purpose of Role
Role holder leads a team responsible for providing a complete accounting service to a designated group of clients. The Assistant Manager role is responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and quality whilst developing and Managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
· ServiceDelivery& escalation handling Accuracy level – 99% Timeliness 100%:
o Ensuring all the deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with the client.
o Perform necessary checks to maintain quality standards of deliverables.
o All the deliveries meet internal quality standards as defined time to time.
· Client/Stakeholderengagement:
o Establish and maintain professional engagement with internal and external stake holders to ensure delivery standards are adhered.
o Any Feedback from stakeholders to be acknowledged all the time to maintain relationships.
o Red flags, if any to be raised well in advance to the Sr Management with suggestive corrective actions
o Should have an updated issue resolution contact list – whose who.
o Seek guidance from Sr Management in case of sensitive issues which are not understood well (out of control of self-influence).
· Adherence to Internal processes – Regularity Accuracy level – 99%:
o Timely daily submission of AGRESSO.
o Compliance to Internal HR and business processes.
o Every flagged issue should be registered in the Salesforce/ relevant issue management tool.
o Ensure that the team follows the internal processes to raise the issue on time for AM to follow the above.
o Any learning from issues handles translate into process improvement, team learning and knowledge sharing with peer groups.
· SOP documentation, timely and regularupdates:
o Creating and documenting ‘Standard operating procedures’ for the processes handled.
o In case of approved changes, the same needs to be updated within 5 working days and informed to the identified group.
· Individualdevelopment– Regularity Attendance Level – Not less than 98% Average Score – Not less than 95%:
o Ensure the personal development plan is followed.
o Trainings relevant to competence development are attended.
o Work with the training department to ensure that development areas are covered.
o Reinforce new learning within the team.
Relevant Experience & Skills
The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA/ MBA/ICWA with a post qualification experience ranging from 2-4 yrs.
