We are looking to hire a Asst. Manager - Knowledge Based Selling (KBS)in our Home Care South Asia team based in Mumbai:

The power of superior technology is demonstrated to consumers, shoppers, customers and internal stakeholders through impactful claims, product demos digital/ live, Pont of Sales Material (POSM), Product Experience Toolkit (PET) etc. Knowledge Based Selling (KBS) is all about using the power or product technology to create impactful communication do drive growth, create content to demonstrate product performance and superiority to various stakeholders and raise awareness about our products and brands.
Job Description
• Lead the KBS program for Home Care South Asia – Translate product science into consumer centric demos and creative content through design thinking.
• Collaborate with cross functional team such as Brand, R&D colleagues, external creative agencies to deliver the KBS content for innovation projects.
• Design and deliver creative content with technical story to drive product superiority with consumes customers, shoppers, and internal stakeholders.
• Convert technical superiority into technology based distinctive brand assets in line with brand proposition e.g., technology visualization, product demos, booklets, A+ contents, content for social media activation.
• Bring design thinking and application to product story telling. Bring external inspiration, analyse the top trends in the space of product demos, technical story telling.
• Leverage the existing KBS ecosystem to deliver the content creation and build new vendors, 3P to improve it further.
• Codify consumer understanding into KBS content creation. Feed continuous consumer understanding and insights for KBS content creation.
• Manage the repository of KBS content, networking with global/regional team to bring/share learnings and best practices.

• Brand managers, Technical Project Leads, Formulators, Global/Regional colleagues
Work Experience
• Around 5+ years of work experience in design management for technology driven products/innovation
• Experience of working on project involving new product development
• Project management
• Preferred FMCG industry experience
Educational Qualification
• Postgraduate/graduate in design management, preferred with science and technology background.
Organization Structure
• Reporting to Sr. R&D Manager
• Skip reporting to R&D Director
• No direct subordinates
