Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end company secretarial compliance under the Companies Act: maintain statutory registers, prepare and file ROC returns, and manage MCA21 e‑forms.
• Own board and shareholder governance: prepare agendas, notices, drafts of minutes and resolutions, implement board decisions and ensure meeting compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and liaison: ensure timely SEBI/ROC submissions, coordinate with regulators and external counsels on clarifications and queries.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and statutory agreements; provide pragmatic legal opinions to business stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits, maintain compliance trackers and drive remediation actions to close gaps across legal and secretarial domains.
• Support litigation and dispute management by preparing case briefs, coordinating with external counsel and monitoring case progress.
