Responsibitlities:
Manpower Budget – Planning and Execution Recruitment
HR Process and SOPs set up
Driving PMS
Setting up policies – In accordance with the Law of the International offices.
Setting the Administrative process and solutions.
Target to streamline the HR Operations – Dubai & Tanzania
Target to understand / review and implement HR process at all the international offices including India Pune and Mumbai office.
Learning and Development at all the offices
Implement the Training strategy by identifying training needs and executing the training Calendar and delivery of trainings
Delivery of all Training at offices including Product / Technical ( Coordinating ) and Soft Skills training
Implementation of Induction process
Requirements:
Post graduate / MBA (Business Administration) in HR and IR / Personnel Management.
8-10 yrs core HR work experience + Admin
The position should be be having skills and experience in strategizing the HR processes.
Experience developing and executing strategies
Change Management experience
Should have experience with global, multicultural companies
Strong leadership skills
Team spirit, positive attitude
Initiative & Creative and sense of responsibility.
