Join MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Provider Management, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with network hospitals and healthcare providers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our health insurance services.
Responsibilities:
• Continuously engage with network hospitals to negotiate and manage agreements on VAS, GIPSA rates, CGHS rates, PPR, and hospital tariffs.
• Ensure timely completion of contracts and credentialing of all healthcare providers.
• Negotiate with hospitals for volume incentives, early payment discounts, and tariff negotiations to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Manage hospital empanelment and de-empanelment processes for cashless services.
• Coordinate appointments and de-appointments of diagnostic centers for pre- and post-policy checkups.
• Conduct audits and oversee hospital cashless facilities to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
• Validate and investigate member reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy guidelines.
• Facilitate seamless and hassle-free cashless services for members.
• Plan and execute health examination camps as part of corporate wellness initiatives and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in provider management, network development, or healthcare administration.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing provider relationships, and optimizing provider networks.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, insurance practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
