Yo-Chi is growing fast – 18 new venues opened in 2026 and we’re not slowing down in 2026. We’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our vibrant store right in the heart of one of Sydney’s most iconic beach suburbs.
What’s the role?
You’ll be the go-to person keeping the vibes high, the team motivated, and our customers smiling. From smooth day to day operations to team development and hitting targets, you’ll help make this venue a local favourite.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in hospitality or retail leadership (QSR a bonus!)
Experience achieving KPI"s
A people first mindset and a passion for great service
Organised, proactive, and ready to grow with us
