Brand and Campaign Management
• Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for creative development and timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, events, partnerships).
Digital Marketing Support
• Manage and update social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely content rollout.
• Monitor social media performance and compile weekly/monthly reports.
• Support website updates, SEO coordination, and digital assets management.
Content & Communication
• Prepare basic content drafts for posts, mailers, landing pages, and presentations.
• Coordinate photography, videography, product shoots, and brand collaterals.
• Maintain brand folders, marketing data, and documentation.
Event & Partnership Support
• Assist with exhibitions, pop-ups, society activations, and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event checklists.
• Track ROI and prepare event reports.
Market Research
• Conduct competitor analysis, pricing comparisons, and trend studies.
• Track industry activities and suggest opportunities for growth.
Lead & Client Management
• Assist in handling walk-ins, inbound queries, and follow-ups.
• Maintain the CRM with updated leads, timelines, and status.
• Help coordinate showroom visits, sample sharing, and after-meeting communications.
Sales Support
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets through consistent follow-through.
Reports & Analysis
• Assist with weekly sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Highlight potential opportunities and delayed leads.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in interiors, furniture, lifestyle, real estate, or luxury brands is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
