General Competency & skill
1. Compulsory worked for Sheet metal modeling on SOLIDWORKS only.
3D solidworks modeling Part level, Assembly level
2. Manufacturing drawings in Solidworks
3. Detailing and BOM preparation in Excel (consolidation)
4. Experience in following industry:
a. Sheet metal
b. Dust collector, Scrubber
c. Screw conveyor (material handling)
d. Heat exchanger/ boiler industry
5. Hand drawing Sketching and conceptualization
a. Aligning with team’s goal to achieve the committed delivery Goal
b. Creation of GA drawing, Layout drawing, manufacturing drawing
c. Prepare Accurate drawings in time maintaining the desired quality
d. Coordinating with client for drawing approvals
e. Preparing consolidated material requirement list for procurement including Raw material, Bough out, Hardware and consumables.
f. Maintain the Documents /Drawings/ Data with all revisions in server files systematically & securely.
g. Support to Erection & Commissioning by clarifying technical parameters
If required, visiting site for supporting installation
h. Coordinate with Quality control to give understanding on technical details
i. Provide technical support to clients by visiting sites when required
j. Promptly communicate to clients on technical queries by phone calls / emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,+87.21 - ₹37,+24.78 per month
