Job Description:-
We are seeking dynamic Assistant Manager responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them towards suitable courses and programs offered by iGrade Education.
Core Roles and Responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment Management
Handle end-to-end admission process from enquiry to final enrollment
Guide students through application filling, document submission & verification
Ensure timely processing of applications and admission closure
Support students post-offer until successful onboarding
Student Counselling
Counsel prospective students regarding:
Courses & specializations
Eligibility criteria
Fee structure & payment process
Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp & meetings
Build trust and ensure clear understanding before enrollment
Maintain strong follow-up to improve conversion
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate data in CRM system
Track:
Leads received
Follow-ups done
Conversion status
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
Ensure no data loss and proper pipeline tracking
Target & Performance Management
Achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain strong conversion ratio from leads to admissions
Ensure timely follow-ups to avoid lead drop-offs
Take ownership of assigned leads and performance
Coordination & Process Handling
Coordinate with:
Finance team for fee collection & payment confirmation
University partners for application processing
Ensure smooth communication between student and internal teams
Resolve admission-related issues quickly and efficiently
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Experience
2–5 years in Admissions / Counselling / EdTech Sales
Experience in MBA or higher education programs preferred
Communication Skills
Strong verbal & written communication
Ability to handle working professionals and students confidently
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Comfortable with online counselling tools (Zoom/Google Meet)
