Job Description:
Responsible for providing cost effective and efficient Operations Risk Management Services to all Operations Functions of the Bank.
To create the Operation Risk framework / manual in accordance with the regulatory framework and the corporate governance policies.
Responsible for ensuring that all operational risks are identified, tracked and mitigated in a timely and cost effective manner.
Works closely with internal audit, compliance and other key control functions for integrated reviews Identifies and measures operational risk accordance with the prevailing policies. Suggests new processes, for operations in various businesses, after ensuring that all associated risks are tracked and mitigated.
Works closely with the Operations teams to ensure that all Operations loopholes are plugged as quickly and expeditiously as possible.
. Responsible for minimizing the risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems or from external events.
Assists in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and operational risk management at various levels.
Implements controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirements taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form,
