We are urgently looking for Asssistant manager- Operations(Bpo-Call center)
Required years of experience: 4-6 years
Notice period: Immediate- 15 Days.
Package up to: 6LPA+Yearly Bonus
Work Location: Square Business services-Begumpet.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• · As an Assistant Manager Responsible for the various clusters such as API team, Retail team and customer service team.
• · Meeting the KRAs as per organization requirement.
• · Attending Meetings with Clients at their place to address their grievances or taking feedback for business improvement
• · Attending reviews with managers and higher management on performance and business growth
• · Formulate and publish reports to the internal teams and external teams
• · Conducting Team meetings with TLs and their associates to understand their need
• · Conducting skip level meeting with associates to understand their challenges
• · Identifying Performers and Appreciating on floor to keep up the performance
• · Attending escalation calls whenever required
• · Doing RCA on escalations
• · Meeting the KRAs (Quality, AHT, Login Hours, Attendance etc) set by the Management
• · Performing quality monitoring regularly by Auditing calls.
• Coaching and developing employees to reach their full potential through assessment and feedback
• · Developing a customer satisfaction oriented approach within the team.
• · Participate in all front line activities to maintain/enhance knowledge of product.
• Providing innovative inputs to Team to resolve the customer Issue as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
