Qualifications
Preferred: Tertiary qualification in management or relevant proven contact center experience
More than 5 years experience working within the International BPO sector
More than 2 years experience working in an Assistant manager role in the International BPO sector
Sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. & Outlook)
