Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations (Offshore)
Location: Egypt & Dubai
Language Requirement: Arabic Speaking
Experience: 3–6 Years (Minimum 1 Year as Sr. TL/AM)
Industry: BPO / Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 3+ Team Leaders in an offshore BPO environment.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service quality.
• Handle client communication, customer escalations, and internal coordination.
• Monitor team performance, conduct root cause analysis on missed KPIs, and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and present insights to senior management.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and one-on-one sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
• Ensure knowledge management, quality control, and process compliance.
• Manage scheduling, shift adherence, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience in customer service operations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 3–4 years of team management experience, with at least 1 year in a Sr. TL or Assistant Manager role.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and comfortable working in Egypt or Dubai.
