Who we are looking for:
We are expanding and looking for an assistant manager (operations) and a travel consultant
Roles and responsibilities (Assistant Manager)
Minimum 8-10 years experience handling operations in the international and domestic travel departments
High proficiency in English and client-facing communication skills
Must have experience overseeing day to day operations, vendor coordination, customer service and team performance
Must be able to monitor service quality and resolve escalations
Roles and responsibilities (Travel Consultant)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the travel industry handling international and domestic queries
Hands on experience with ticketing systems - Galileo
Design customized holiday packages
Strong communication and sales skills
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Pay range for travel consultant: Rs.30,000 - 35,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
