Hiring for Assistant Manager - Operations(International BPO)
Key Responsibilities include:
• Planning & managing workflow (for ongoing and ad-hoc assignments), turn-around time, SLAs, and productivity
• Monitoring of SOPs against output quality to ensure that they are updated at all times
• Undertaking quality control of completed work by reviewing outputs against pre-defined criteria
• Working with the team and providing continuous insights on the process/techniques
• Impart training (presentations, theoretical and practical tests) and handle queries of team
Undertaking ad-hoc research task, following a clearly set out brief
Qualifications
Qualifications/ Knowledge:
• Proficient English reading and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized with a proven track record of delivering to deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and output oriented
• Ability to follow SOPs
• Problem solving skills
• Effective communication and analysis skills
• Experience in project management role is a must
• Minimum work experience of 5 - 8 years in a contact center/ back office/ BPO environment
