Job Description
· To do extensive market coverage of Dealers, Architects / Interior Designer / Builders & amp; High ended Clients. Also to cover Residential, Bungalows & Hospitality sector.
· Ensure maximum product display in dealers' showroom.
· Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
· Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
· Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company and generate sales from them.
· Appoint new dealers to expand the dealer network.
· Introduce and promote new products brought by the company and ensure inaugural orders of these products
· Do Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringing clients to Orientation centre
· Responsible for generation of CLS revenue as per market potential mapping done for each dealer counter
· To ensure that no outstanding pending beyond credit limit.
· To train dealers and their sales staff to focus on promotion of concept selling rather than doing product selling.
· To keep updated data of Senior Architect, Designer & Specifier.
· Enhancement in Brand visibility with seamless availability as well as proper VM across the potential channel.
· Be constantly aligned with the key business levers: sales value, focused products, and healthy gross margin
