Description:
Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, this role is perfect for someone who wants to continue working or transition to a tax specialist role.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio with clients ranging from some of the largest private groups in Australia to small and medium-cap ASX listed companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining excellent client engagement and relationships
Working directly with tax partners to provide a broad range of value adding advice across a range of taxes
Preparation and/or review of Private Binding Rulings
Preparation and/or review of Tax Effect Accounting Calculations and Consolidated Income Tax Returns
Preparation and/or review of Fringe Benefit Tax Returns
Assistance with the preparation and/or review of quarterly tax update sides
Assistance with the preparation of R&D tax incentive applications
Assisting in delivery of technical training
Consulting to various internal divisions regarding taxation matters
Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
Experience in tax/accounting experience working with business clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player attitude and ability to form relationships easily
High-level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousness
Hold or be studying toward a Chartered Accountant qualification
