Job Description
Co ordination with Plant TCFs & MLL for RFD vehicles availability at yard for billing
Optimum utilization of Internal & External storage yard capacities
Ensure quality of the vehicle inside yards is maintained
Monthly reconciliation of Yard stock with mPAD & SAP
On-time clearance of HOLD vehicles for dispatch process & defect free delivery till last mile
Train & Trailer loading trials and process audits
Monitoring of mPAD system & development
Resolution of transit delayed vehicles due to technical issues on daily basis
Co-ordination with Dealer & MLL for clean unclean POD status and ensuring reduction
Upkeeping of resources for dispatch process
Cost optimization through productivity improvement & process improvement
