- We are urgently hiring for BPO PROCESS TRAINER at Chandigarh/Mohali location for leading INTERNATIONAL BPO
- The ideal candidate should have minimum one to two year of relevant experience on papers work-ing as a Process Training in BPO.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Conduct appropriate training sessions.
- Plan, design and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
Requirements:
- MUST have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a BPO Process Trainer Position and overall 3+ years of BPO experience.
- CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTS
