Job Description
Accountabilities:
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Assist in determining and defining project scope and objectives
• Assist project manager in documenting responsibilities of all stakeholders and teams internally
• Assess the timelines for implementation of respective scope of work
• Prepare a detailed project charter to act as a project control sheet
• Maintain a change control mechanism and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Document the key takeways from stakeholder discussions and action points to drive the project further
Assess Project Performance
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Prepare Weekly status reports
• Mark up the progress of the project with the originally laid out project charter
• Create Dashboards / reports for monitoring multiple projects
Launch and Post Launch Planning
• Facilitating testing of the development done by tech team with respective stakeholders
• Maintaining log of the bugs and enhancements and identifying any challenges in the CUG
• Document log of shortcomings in the launched product
Standardization of Project Management Regime
• Work with respective stakeholders to document implementation plan for different types of products
• Building on project management systems including Jira
Maintain Checklists/Documents, Handover Documents
Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification required: Postgraduate in Computer Science/ Management / Finance from A institutes
Work Experience and Skills
• Minimum 0-2 years experience in complex project management, preferably in BFSI, ecommerce or fintech
• Good to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of project management tools preferably Jira
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Superior Stake holder management skills- Work closely and align with each of the internal functions which includes Business development, Credit and Policy, Data science, Legal, Technology, Operations, Collections, Customer Success team and external stakeholders.
