Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team on STS & co-ordinate with Credit, RCU, COE & IT team to clear roadblocks
SFDC ID creation for Call Center agents & On Role Sales team members on STS
Testing System enhancements for smoother functioning.
Manage SFDC Reports in form of Business Reports, Hierarchy maintenance
Creating/Configuring Schemes as per Business Requirement
Monthly Target Allocation to Sales team
